The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Board of Studies has released the schedule for Mock Test Paper (MTP) Series I and Series II for students preparing for the CA Final November 2026 examinations.
The mock tests will be available in both physical and virtual modes, allowing students to practise under examination-like conditions before appearing for the final examination.
Series I will begin on September 9, 2026, while Series II will start on September 23, 2026. Both series will cover all six CA Final papers.

The sixth paper is a Multidisciplinary Case Study with Strategic Management.
| Date | Paper |

The second series gives candidates another opportunity to test their preparation after completing the first round of mock examinations.
ICAI will upload the question paper for each subject on the Board of Studies Knowledge Portal or BoS MTP Registration Portal by 1:30 PM on the respective mock-test date.
Students are advised to download the paper and attempt it within the prescribed three-hour duration to recreate actual examination conditions as closely as possible.
ICAI will upload the corresponding answer keys within 48 hours from the commencement of each mock test.
Students can use these solutions to evaluate their answers, identify weak areas and understand where their preparation needs improvement before the November examinations.
Rather than simply checking the final answer, candidates should compare their presentation, working notes, time management and coverage of key points with the suggested solutions.
Students can participate in the mock tests through either physical or virtual mode.
Those interested in taking the examination physically can approach the relevant ICAI branch in their area. Students choosing virtual mode can access the question papers through the designated Board of Studies portals.
The two formats allow students to select a practice environment that suits their preparation while still following the official paper schedule.
In addition to the mock tests, the Board of Studies (Academic) will conduct its 'Success at CA' Exam BoS sessions for students appearing in the November CA Final examinations.
These virtual sessions will begin on October 6, 2026 and will be conducted by BoS faculty members.
The sessions are expected to cover:
